Server Unavailability and Slowness

Hello,

My aplogies for the performance of the forum the past day and a half.  The issue was an ISP issue and their response was:

We have pin-pointed an account on the server that has been causing load issues, and we are dealing with that issue accordingly. I apologize for the inconvenience, we have disabled the offending site, load has dropped back down on the server, and your site should be loading properly now.
-------------
so hopfully it will not occur again for a while.  This also happened back in early August.  Now that's it running correctly again hopefully we'll now get back to lots of good dialog and knowledge sharing on the forum.

Like ETEX said it is free and you cant beat it, especially when it is this great.
So in my opinion a little down time compared to the great info exchanged here is no problem.

We appreciate the patience and understanding.  We enjoy it as much as anyone so it's a labor of love as the saying goes.  One of the biggest benefits from it has been the new hobby friends made as a result of it.  There are some good people here.

Thanks for what you do, and don't for a minute think that server problems will ever be held against you.

Now, go fix the server problems!  LOLOL.

No kidding, guys, we all appreciate you more than you know. Thanks for providing such a great site for sharing.  Think about it - where else can you gather a group of guys with the diversity of talent, knowledge and experience found here?  We all know the answer to that question.
