Another anomaly at a site I was at.
The patent submission date (24 June 1858) is after the occupation and abandonment of this site, with G&M bullets being found at the same depth as regular Sharps Ringtails. Another unofficial field trial?
Attached is the Patent for the G&M Bullet.
