We know that the Gibbon & Andrews 4.62 - 12pdr Siege rifles cast by Tredegar Iron Works were "banded". Does anyone know if the 4.62 - 12 per Siege rifles cast by Quinby & Robinson in Memphis were banded? I would assume so...since the specifications probably came from the Ordnance Bureau in Richmond...but I can't find any documentation. I don't have "The Big Guns: Civil War Diege, Seacoast, & Naval Civil War Cannon"...so it may be in there. Thanks for any help!
