MM-475/TT 116/RBTRF IV 218 Belted Sharps
« on: February 25, 2012, 01:40:50 PM »
Just wanted to show off a new aquisition, actually it was a Christmas gift from my better half. She beat one of the forum members out of it. For the price the guy must have needed a new bass boat or something but worth every penny of it. Measures out at .565 x .960 x 431 and a very difficult hole to fill in a collection.  :)

Nice bullet Michael. It just goes to show that you never give up you may obtain the unobtainable!

I guess if you stay at it long enough you will eventually have the opportunity to find the rarest of the the rare but when that time arrives it ain't cheap. Lets see I need a 52 Caliber Fagan, hmmmmmmmmm. Guess I better relish what I have for now.

If your wife has that good of connections in the bullet collecting realm, can she get another one so I can fill that hole in my collection as well?

That or I may just eventually have to trade Mike out of one of his for something he needs (if I ever find a spare).

So even this blind hog found this acorn recently.  I have only seen a handful of these over the years and this is the first one I have ever seen with some semblance of a patina.
