Bullet on the right is the one he wants an ID on:

0.57" in length (using 100th scale);  0.38" in width (at widest point along ring 1/2 way up the bullet)

Looks like a .36 prescott

I have seen Allen and Wheelock and Kerr's both with ground action that are very similar in size and appearance. Just a thought.

.36 caliber Adams or Prescott.  From the photo, I'd go with .36 Prescott.
