I'm back to turning bullets. Here's a list of what I am currently making. They are approx 3 times the size of the normal bullet. I've included a couple photos so everyone can see what they look like. One is a ringtail Sharps and the other is a grouping I recently made for a customer. If anyone's interested or has any questions shoot me a message.
Thanks for looking

I purchased a few of these last year from Darrell and they're very cool to display with your relics. I'll have to pick up a few more since there's so many more to choose from now.

Darrell, those look great. I will take a look at the list and will be contacting you in the next week or so.

Very nice work.

Thanks guys. I really enjoy doing them. It's a stress reliever for me and as I get different bullets in my collection that I can mic out, I'll add more to my list. I do really try to get them as close to 3 times the size of the original as I can. Sometimes the wood just doesn't agree though.

I saw your turned bullet replicas. They look nice. If you are oversizing the bullets does your equipment have the capability of turning actual size rifled artillery shells? Ever thought of trying some of the 3" rifled stuff?

Here's a list of what I've made.
10 lb Parrott
CSA Read
CSA Archer
CSA Broun
CSA James
US Dyer
US Ketchum
US Hotchkiss
CSA Selma Bolt
They were all made from wood then painted black and if they had a lead sabot it was painted a gray color.
