Jim:  I have a couple unpunched ones available.  They are not yet on the host site for this forum (www.bulletandshell.com).  The closer to "perfect" is one Carl has that he brought back from a collection we got last weekend.  He'll get you some pictures on the chance it scratches your itch.  If it does and you go to Mansfield, you can pick it up there.
