This might be a novice question for you experts. Is this a distinct bullet type (MM-621) or is it the same type as MM-185 and TT-115A with a flush base opposed to the slight tie-ring base? Is this a common sharps bullet found everywhere? My limited knowledge only covers Arkansas. I know they are found at arkansas post and Prairie grove and most likely many other locations around the state. Please educate me on this bullet!

TMark can you measure the bullet and post the dimensions?

T&T list it as fired/carved, but that bullet looks good and distinct to me. I know Bill Ewing agrees its its own pattern (not carved). I don't have one in my collection so if you are into multiples of them, please drop me a PM!
