No Polish jokes, please, but I wonder what John Bartleson would think of the strategy of rendering this massive bomb safe by "burning out" the explosives. I guess the canal served as a containment so in the end all is ok.

Interesting article. Worked out well to be in the water like that. If on land it would have been far more impactful to the community.
