"Wire shot" cartridge made by Eley in Britain as shown on page 220 in Round ball to Rimfire IV (see last picture below). These colorful cartidges are very desirable and hidden inside a brown paper wrapper which has been carefully unfolded away in this instance. All the wrappings come with it.
