Description:
Distinctive and desirable bullet type that was probably made at the Marshall Texas Arsenal site. This one has a nice patina and a truncated cone cavity. A previous collector applied a dab of white paint on one side and printed "PS" for "Poison Spring, Arkansas" on it. I am going to leave it there, but it would probably come off easily with acetone (nail polish remover) and not impact the bullet's patina.
