...by Edward B. McCaul, Jr.

Dave the Plumber recommended this book to me and Carl.   I bit.  I am glad I did.

This book is very well written.  I learned a lot from it and recommend it to others who have interest in artillery in general and Federal fuzes in particular.  He references our forum members, Messers Biemick and Bartleson, quite often.  Perhaps they can get Mr. McCaul to join our forum, but in the meantime, I suggest you read his book.

Mike,
I emailed Biemick and ask him to extend an invitation to Ed to join us.  Somehow I misplaced his email address when I got the new PC.
I have had the book for several months but waiting on a software update to let my reader read it to me.
It is a 5X7 paperback with illustrations.
Regards,
John

I have invited Ed McCaul to join the forum and I'm sure he will do so.  It is a great book and Ed and I go back 31 years to when we were at Fort Bragg.  We hunted around Carolina Beach and found at least one ton of projectiles.  Oh those good Ole days when you could trip over one if you weren't careful where you were walking...smile!!!

I too have read Ed's book and found it very informative and well worth the purchase.  Thank you Mike for introducing this to other members who may have not yet seen his work."DOC"

I would like to thank all of you for your kind comments about my book.  If anyone finds any problems or mistakes in it please let me know as the only ego I have on the line is to write an accurate, informative, readable book.  Also, I was honored to be invited to join this forum.
