I was directed by a distant family member to the web site for the 7th Mississippi recently, and found it to be very well done, and full of information related to the unit and its service in the war and beyond. Many of the men and boys who mustered into that unit grew up within a half hour's drive of where I was born, and I have at least one relative who served with the 7th, so I know that contributed to my interest. But if you have a bit of time, check it out. Lots of photos and information well organized.
