I've bought several inexpensive bullets from this ebayer over the last couple of years in order to fill some of the common holes in my collection. I've never had any problems and always been pleased. I do know who he is if anyone wants to send me a PM as he may not want his name posted publicly.

He is from Fairfax, Virginia & is a long time relic digger/collecor.  The
 Northen Viginia Club will know his name for sure.
