Help with bullet ID

I am seeking help in the ID of a bullet I pulled out of a lot of bulk fired bullets back in the 1980's, any help would be greatly appreciated. This one does not appear in any of the Thomas volumes or McKee & Mason. I believe it may be listed by Stelma book 2, 02-088, but I have no access to this volume.

It is actually listed as TS02-087.  Place TS02-087 in the search field on this forum and you can see the information you are looking for.  Stelma lists at as a Bavarian, which it is not.
