Dent ?Wildman? Myers
« on: January 21, 2022, 01:31:37 PM »
Iconic Civil War Antique shop owner Dent ?Wildman? Myers passed away on Sunday at his home.  Only met him once when I was a kid and my uncle lived right next to ?The General?.  Some loved him, some hated him but they all knew him.  He certainly was a strong personality in the Civil War collecting hobby.

XRdsRev, thanks for taking the time to post that information. Having been born-'n'-raised in Atlanta, and entering the civil war relics digging-&-collecting hobby in that area, I've talked to Dent many times at his legendary relic-shop in Kennesaw GA many times. I thought highly of him then, and still do. See you on the other side, my friend.

Met him a couple of times in his shop. He was one of a kind and will be missed.
