Neat article. Thanks for sharing. Neat discovery and it seems a little big to use against people trying to sneak into the US but I'd expect it was a pretty good deterrent to those who heard it fired! I hate it that it was blown up but that era of ordnance is very dangerous. It is not black powder and disarming it not as easy as drilling a hole in it and washing it out with water.
