Cleaning Threads on a James Shell?

Hello.  My Dad has a James artillery shell and just bought a James fuse.  Someone told my Dad that he can get the threads cleaned out so the fuse can go in. Does anyone know anyone that offers this service, preferably near Fredericksburg, VA?  Thank you.  Frank
