By the way, I found another launcher for sale, and it comes with a rocket, but is of the same price range as Tom's so $$$$

Hale rocket just arrived from the Air and Space Museum, which was too cheap to buy it from the man who loaned it to them for 25 years. This is the later version with the spin nozzles moved up toward the nose. Missing tail fins. Found in Petersburg. Quite a bit more engineered than the early versions with rear nozzles found at Seven Pines.
