hello,
Mike and I will be at the Gettysburg Show this weekend (10/26-10/27) with a table and hope to see those who can make it. It is a closer show for those who live above the MD line that makes it hard to make some of the more southerly shows. Hope to see you there.
It's a good time to bring by some drilling or cleaning if you want.
Best,
Carl

I wish. Was there in June. Cant do Fall shows due to Mason being in school.
-
Hows the show? Spoke to Dicky he said pretty good show so far.
-
Gandy, glad you had a good time.
-
Unfortunately, the theme of most military shows these days is WWII German.
-
Gandy,
Sorry there wasn't enough artillery there for you. I guess Carl, Kornelly, and McConnell were probably the only ones this year. Harry Ridgeway heads to Florida for the winters now. You should have come into the Horse Soldier while in town, we have about three cases filled with shells.
Regarding it becoming a WW2 German Army show, I just don't see how you can say that. The show is probably still atleast 70% CW and even of the WW2 stuff I don't remember there being too much German stuff.
My 4-table display (32 feet) was indeed WW2, but was US 8th Air Force all the way...including the uniforms from my dad and his B-24 crew.

Jim, Tell me you aint selling your dads uniforms. PLEASE! I know, its your business.

I don't think he was offended. I really didn't see anything wrong with the post, from either of yall. initially both post seemed polite and too the point.
