Title: .69 cal three finger with flat noses
Post by: natdigger on July 17, 2018, 04:16:06 AM
I recently was able to purchase some .69 cal thee ringers. Most have flat noses, like they were cut off to save lead. I was told they did this to save lead. Also possibly the navy had these types of bullets. I have heard both stories. I also have one with a very thick base. Almost as thick as a .69 tower.
Thanks for the help, just trying to identify.
