Received my latest issue of North South Trader's Civil War magazine (Vol. 39 No. 3) and forum member Lazouave wrote an article entitled "John Milton Gamwell, 49th Massachusetts". Good article John, well done.

Can't wait to reaD it, but I am at the other end of the alphabet from you RJ so it will be a while before I get my copy of the magazine as usual.

I did get my American Digger magazine today and there was a picture of Carl and Jim's table at the Charleston Show as well as Steve Phillips article "Part II: The 2015 Gold Diaries.  The very first sentence gets you from the start and reads, "This morning I got up about 4:30 and had coffee, whiskey and a cigar before everyone else wakes up."
