Are .69 caliber side-cast bullets exclusive to the Vicksburg Campaign?

I've never encountered them coming from anywhere but Vicksburg.

Surely they've been encountered elsewhere.

I set-out to prove that wrong, but just supported it!

To make it more ambiguous both were dug in sites that may have had use by both US and CS forces.
Have dug CS and US artifacts in both.

I guess I'm not supporting CS or US use - I accidentally discovered/realized that the ones in my collection all came from Vicksburg. 

Research indicates they are found almost exclusively around VB.  I'm just trying to substantiate that research.

They are dug at Port Hudson also
