My aplogies for the performance of the forum the past day and a half. The issue was an ISP issue and their response was:

We have pin-pointed an account on the server that has been causing load issues, and we are dealing with that issue accordingly. I apologize for the inconvenience, we have disabled the offending site, load has dropped back down on the server, and your site should be loading properly now.

so hopfully it will not occur again for a while. This also happened back in early August. Now that's it running correctly again hopefully we'll now get back to lots of good dialog and knowledge sharing on the forum.
