Title: Thoughts on this 1" projectile
Post by: acwbullets on December 09, 2017, 09:46:57 PM
This one measures .992" in diameter and 1.353" in length. It was recovered from an early site and I'm assuming it's some sort swivel gun projectile rather than a breech-loading gun. It's has approximately 13 or 14 lands and grooves around the base. There is another one recovered from the same area but I'm waiting to measure and photograph that one as well.
