what year is this fuze ?? The top with the center disc with spanner holes and then the fuze body with the spanner notches looks exactly like the first pictured fuze, you think an idea got 'borrowed' ??

Probably in the late 1800s. It was never assigned a number and went out of service.
The two fuzes function totally differend.
