I have a period Civil War US infantry eagle drum, but unfortunately, the ropes are off and the leather guides are gone as is one of the heads. Can anybody here put me in contact with someone who can restore this for me? I had it with a very old fellow who ultimately just was no longer up for the job so I got it back from him and now am looking for someone else.

OK, boss, here it is before going into Dr. Drum. It needs tighteners and to be "re-strung". Also, one head is missing.
