Title 18 United States Code Change.....
« on: January 28, 2012, 01:24:18 PM »
Does anyone on here know when this is going to be changed. I have been told (by a reputable source) there is going to be a new chapter dealing with Pre 1944 ordnance of any kind. There are current laws prohibiting the shipping of artillery shells and ammunition in unmarked boxes. Apparently the updates are going to make it scary to ship via the USPS. The way the current law is written leaves a lot of stuff to be determined by the A.T.F.

That might breathe some life back into the shows, if true.

This will be bad for me.  I'd have to collect firearms or....gulp....bullets, heaven forbid.

Ian, whenever and whatever you find gives us a heads up on the forum if you would. I am going to look into it and see what I can find out.
