The portion of the shell threaded to accept the fuse is blown away in this example. If you look at the fuse beside the shell, you can see the anvil cap is not threaded all the way to its base.

Bart, I'm surprised you don't already have Chuck Jones' book in your reference-library. I did some websearching for you, and found two sites which have that book for sale at a reasonable price. Grab one before somebody follows these links and beats you to it.

Thanks Pete but I have Jones book. I am in Florida and didn't bring any reference books, save Jack Bell's.
