just for fun, though I'd post this shell showing its dated "fuse"
. Might actually have had a story, if we knew what it was?

12 lb'er, would guess borman from coin size. i'd love to know if its period (like a trench art) or if its a sales gimick. Just an odd thing to laugh at:)

Thanks. From the close up it wasn't clear if it was the nose of a rifled shell or a round ball. I've not seen one before and would only guess it's someone's wa of dealing with idle time. Hard to say.
Looks like a decent coin. Might be more under it! Where did you get or see this?

Combines shell and coin collecting. Very efficient. I like it.
Now, how would I combine bobble heads with projectiles? Makes one think.

This is ebay auction #230840514669. active artillery seller, but not all american. . there you go, artillery shell piggy banks and safe's, what an idea!!!!!!!
With the bobbleheads, I think it was already done,think they were called weeble's:)
