Description:Unopened pack of five 12 second paper time fuses from the Frankford Arsenal. Pack is dated 1863. 12 seconds is a tough number to find.

There is a terrific article about these packs in the current issue of The Artilleryman. Pack is wrapped in celophane for protection.
