Description:Nice condition white metal Parrott time fuse. Threads are excellent and the head flange is perfect which is uncommon as these white metal fuses are prone to deteriorate in the ground. The head flange was added as the war progressed to prevent premature detonation of the shell from the cannon flame penetrating around the outside of the fuse adapter.
