Description:Super rare W marked watercap fuse. We have surmised these were made at the Washington Navy Yard. Nick Periut recently posted that they were used in the Pevey shells in the bombardment of Fort Fisher because 2 were found with those frags (I bought one of them).

These are very rare to find. The late Albert Jewell dug this and I traded him quite a lot for it. Except for a recent upgrade I would be holding onto this forever.
