Description:These rare underplugs are shown in Jones as platforms for Broun percussion fuses, but they also must've served as oversized plugs to possibly enable case shot insertion. The slot hints that its a Selma product. All I know is these are very rare and at Marietta a very advanced fuse collector told me he did not have one in his collection. I had two at that time and now I have just this one left. The smaller diameter one is just here for scale but one like it is available for $35.
