The rarest of the so called shotgun slugs, these were produced at the Raleigh Arsenal formally known as the North Carolina Institute for the Deaf, Dumb and blind.
This is the rarest of the three varieties and is in excellent condition with a nice smooth deep woods patina and a well defined center ring. Recovered in a CS camp near Manassas. Top shelf example.
