This is a nice dug complete Spencer bullet with cartridge. You don't see these dug complete except occasionally. Frequently put togethers are seen for sale. And when they are dug complete the powder often eat holes in the brass cartridge. But this one has survived nicely. It is in as dug condition with no real cleaning.
