This is the exact bullet shown in Round Ball to Rinfire volume 4 as #565 on page 236. Dean calls these the "Raleigh pattern" and found that they were manufactured at the North Carolina Institute for the Deaf, Dumb and Blind. A nice condition, classic bullet that also happens to have been published in a leading reference book for bullet and cartridge collectors.
