Description:These often threw their sabots when fired but this one held on other than a little chipping on one side. It has four nice distinct flame grooves. The shell still stands upright and displays nicely. There is a decent zinc Dyer time fuse adapter still present in the fuse hole. The shell was drilled for disarming though the hole that accommodates a paper time fuse. The iron is very good on one side and displays well. There is a bit of a place on the beginning of the nose area on the other that is about the size of two nickels but the rest of that side is pretty smooth. All in all a very good condition shell for the money.
