Description:This came with an Atlanta provenance but sure looks like one of the Gettysburg monument shells. The book lists these as rarity 10 and if true this is the cheapest rarity 10 shell ever! It has a Wright time fuse, but the center percussion piece is not the proper kind of Hotchkiss percussion fuse to go with it I don't think. It is also just the top half of the fuse and screws in and out easily.
