Description:If you like a shell still in its natural dug state but in good condition, this one is for you. The iron is so good it appears to be from some place iron friendly like Vicksburg or a rocky well drained area as the iron is extremely nice. The only thing keeping it from being 100% natural is it was drilled through the fuse hole to disarm.

This example is a 3-inch Parrott with the wrought iron sabot. The fuse is the often seen Parrott zinc time adapter and has a nice white patina.

Shell is not cleaned or coated. If run through electrolysis it would be a pristine example.
