Description:This round was reported to be from the Vietnam war era. It is about 10 inches long and as best my calipers can reach it is just at 80MM. The body appears to be made of stainless steel but it is just some shiny steel as there are some very minute rust places showing that stainless wouldn't have. The fuse is missing and we don't know what type it should have.
The powder chamber is completely open and the shell is disarmed.
While we don't normally list postwar items this came with a Civil War collection we purchased and we thought we'd offer it for someone who might want to have a modern round to complement their early collection. If anyone knows any details on this type of artillery round please let us know.
